I guess its a bit cliché but true becaue the most important things are the hardest to say. The ones you get ashamed to say. The ones that sound better in your head because in your head they seemed limitless and when spoken the words seem to belittle them, diminish them almost. The words that seem more alive in your head than when said to others, like the real word sucks the life out of them.

But it is more than that, important things close to your heart. And as you you speak those words aloud it’s like a revelation, but your afraid that people will look at you funny not understand the word that rolled off your toungue or why it was important to you or why your cried whilst saying aloud those words.

That’s the worst, I think. When the secret stays locked within not for want of a teller but for want of an understanding ear.
